🌿 What’s Your Wellness Focus?

Hey friend 👋 It’s Deb here — nurse by trade, wellness junkie by passion, and apparently a part-time soccer goalie for my 3-year-old granddaughter, Mia ⚽😂. Let me tell you, when a toddler yells “Nana, let’s play!” you either lace up or you get run over. And chasing her around the yard made me realize (mid-panting and begging for halftime) that our wellness focus matters more than we think.

Because here’s the truth: by the time we hit 50 and beyond, our bodies start whispering (sometimes shouting): “Hey, I need some attention here!” Whether it’s energy, balance, fueling ourselves better, or staying strong, knowing your focus helps you thrive instead of just survive.
